If YouDeal is not for you, we give your money back.

30 days to decide. If you bought the licence and did not like it, we refund 100% of what you paid ($8), by the same means you paid with (PayPal).

How to ask

Send us a message on WhatsApp, e-mail [email protected] or call 872 844 733 / 842 844 731, within 30 days of payment.
Tell us the invoice number (it looks like MZD-261006-AB3K) and the shop name.
If you like, tell us what did not work. It is optional, but it helps us improve.

How we refund

We confirm the request and refund the money within 7 working days.
We refund through PayPal, to the same account or card you paid with.

What happens to the licence

After the refund, the licence is no longer valid and the customer agrees to stop using it to record sales.
Your data stays on your computer and remains accessible in view-only mode: you can see everything and export everything.

Conditions

The request must reach us within 30 days of the payment date.
Each shop can use this guarantee once.
It does not apply to licences that have been shared with other shops or used against the Terms of Service.
