What data we keep, why, and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

• The site does not use advertising cookies or tools that follow what you do.
• Your shop's data stays on your computer. We do not receive it.
• We do not sell or give your data to anyone for advertising.

1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect on the site

• For the pro-forma invoice: your name, shop name, phone / WhatsApp number, tax number (NUIT, optional) and e-mail (optional). This data is used in your browser to build the invoice and the WhatsApp message. It only reaches us when you send us the message or pay.
• To pay: payments are handled by PayPal. When you click the PayPal button, you pay on PayPal's own page. We never see your card details. We receive from PayPal the confirmation of the payment and its transaction ID.
• To issue the licence: we keep a record of the licence (name, shop name, phone / WhatsApp, e-mail and NUIT if you gave them, invoice reference, licence code, issue and expiry dates, amount, payment method and PayPal transaction ID) so we can help you if you lose your code and so that our accounts are in order.
• Downloads: we count how many times the program is downloaded each day. It is a single anonymous number per day, with no personal data.

3. What we use it for

To issue and deliver your licence, receive payment, give support and meet the company's tax and accounting obligations. We do not use the data for third-party advertising.

4. The program on your computer

Your shop's sales, stock and customers are stored only on your own computer or server, not on ours. YouDeal does not send that data to us. The only thing the program sends, when there is internet and about once a week, is the licence check: the licence reference, an anonymous device code (made from the computer's name) and the program version. Its purpose is to confirm that the licence is valid and is not being used on too many devices. It does not include sales, products or customers. If you turn on cloud backup, the program only writes files to a folder in your own OneDrive, Google Drive or similar, and the company that runs that service stores them under its own policy.

5. Who we share data with

• PayPal, to process your payment. When you click the button, the site connects to PayPal's servers, which handle your payment data under their own policy.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the licence records (in its KV storage). As with any website, the visitor's IP address passes through their servers.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there.
• Authorities, if the law requires us to.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the licence and payment records while the licence is valid and for as long as tax and accounting law requires. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data (where the law allows) by contacting us at the details above, by e-mail or WhatsApp. We reply as quickly as we can. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or South Africa, you can make the same requests, and we handle them through this same process.

8. Security

The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to the licence records is protected by a password and used only by the MZDEAL, LDA team. Even so, no system is 100% secure: if there is a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
